She is currently leading the immunogenicity division at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. In her previous roles in the same organization, she has technically led the development of several sterile products (Ophthalmic and particulate suspensions) with end-to-end responsibility (analytical characterization, pre-formulation, formulation, manufacturing process and scale up, IP, regulatory requirements, and launch). Her core strength lies in Product Development and Technical Program Management working with Complex Generics (small molecules, peptides and proteins, Ophthalmic emulsions and suspensions, Nanoparticulate suspensions and Long Acting Injectables). She has solid expertise in Dendritic Cell biology. Moreover, she has experience of working on novel Nanoparticulate Delivery Systems in collaboration with Genentech and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical, USA. Her extensive skill includes also in understating the structure-function corelation of peptides and assessing their immunogenicity-basedrisk assessment and mitigation strategies for safety and has been working closely with regulatory function for all immunogenicity based FDA queries and deficiency responses for complex generics.

Apart from her glorious journey in academic/professional activities, she bagged several prestigious awards and fellowships too. Some of them include NRSA Award and Rudolph Anderson Fellowship from Yale University, USA, and National Merit Scholarship from Govt. of India. She is also authored of several peer-reviewed journals and has been invited as a guest speaker in several conferences both in India and globally.

Sayan Bayan is currently working as a Assistant Professor at Rajib Gandhi University, Arundachal Pradesh.  He has received Ph.D. degree in Physics from Tezpur University in 2013. Thereafter he worked as postdoctoral fellow in Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.

His research interest lies in the field of experimental low dimensional physics. His important research works include the optoelectronic application of semiconductor nanostructures. His current research activity focuses on the mechanical energy harvesting systems specially piezoelectric and triboelectric nanogenerators. He has published several research papers in international journals as author/co-author. He has also registered two patents in his name. He is serving as an active reviewer of many international journals of different scientific communities like American Chemical Society (ACS), American Institute of Physics (AIP), Nature Research etc.

Atanu Sengupta, PhD, is associated as the Head of Advanced Characterization Technology in Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories since April’ 2016. Previously, he worked as Principal Scientist (Associate Director) in the same organization from July’ 2015 to April’ 2016. Prior to joining to Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, he worked as Senior Research Scientist in Real-Time Analyzers, Inc. from Oct 2006 –Jan 2013. He received dual PhD degree (2002-2006) in Chemistry and Nanotechnology from University of Washington. He graduated from Calcutta University in the year of 2002 in Fiber Technology. He has experience in diverse fields cutting across multidisciplinary R&D environments of advanced analytical instrumentations, nanotechnology, diagnostics, sensor device, and pharmaceutical material research.

His research interest is primarily in nanomaterial development and characterization in various life science applications such as drug discovery, novel polymorphs, , biosensors using nanosensor based optical devices, process analytical technologies in drug manufacturing and scale up, and point of care diagnostics. He is also interested in utilizing data analytics, chemometrics and machine learning algorithms to probe structure-function correlations of drug molecules to understand their clinical efficacy.

Abhishek Chaudhuri, PhD, is currently working as Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali, Punjab, India.Before joining IISER on 2012, he was Post-doctoral Research Associate & Academic Visitor of several world renowned Universities, Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Sheffield; Department of Biomedical Science, University of Sheffield; and at The Rudolf Peierls Centre for Theoretical Physics, University of Oxford.

His research current research interest is to understand the physical properties of biological and soft condense matter systems those are driven out of equilibrium. He uses both Analytical approaches (Equilibrium and Non-equilibrium Statistical Mechanics, Hydrodynamics) and Computational methods (such as, Molecular Dynamics, Monte Carlo) to investigate the dynamics of the systems ranging from the cell membrane and cell cytoskeleton to polymers and colloids in confinement.

Arup Kumar Das, PhD, is currently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Mechanical &Industrial Engineering, IIT Roorkee, India. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degree from IIT Kharagpur in the years of 2006 & 2010, respectively. He did his post-doctoral research in UPMC, Paris, France (2011-12). He has been distinguished with several awards,among those it is worth mentioning,Best Thesis award from Indian National Academy of Engineers, Young Scientist award from Indian National Science Academy in 2015 and Institute Research Fellow in 2019 for his excellent research background by IIT Roorkee. Before joining IIT Roorkee in the year of 2014, he worked as Assistant Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Guwahati (2010-11), IIT Roorkee (2012-13), IITKharagpur (2013-14) within India. Since his joining in IIT Roorkee he has developed Two-phase Flow lab and Microfluidics lab. He is also a lifetime member of Indian Society of Heat and Mass Transfer.

Research Area and Expertise
His current research is focused on the two-phaseflow, microfluidics, boiling heat transfer and numerical methods. He has authoredand co-authoredover 90 peer-reviewed journals with more than 1100 citations and has h-index17 and i10-index27 to his credit. He is also a distinguished inventor with 6 registered patents in his name. Dr. Das and his team have recently developed a low-cost ventilator set-up to fight against the COVID-19 crisis, which is remarkable.

Arghya Narayan Banerjee, PhD is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical and IT Engineering, Yeungnam University (YU), South Korea. He was one of the five WCU Faculty members at YU.After completing his Ph.D. (2005) from Jadavpur University, India, he joined University of Nevada and University of Colorado at Boulder, USA before moving to YU. He has been distinguished with several National and International Prizes,among those it is worth mentioning,Prof. Joseph Wang Young Scientist award(2015) given by publishing division of Cognizure,National Scholarship and CSIR fellowshipfrom Govt. of India. He is the member of American Chemical Society, Electrochemical Society, Indian Physical Society, Materials Research Society and Electron Microscopy Society of India.Dr. Banerjeeisan experienced editor serving asthe Editor-in-Chief of “International Journal of Nanomaterials, Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine”, Associate Editor of the “Science Letters Journal”, Associate Editor of “Global Journal of Nanomedicine”. His research interests include nanostructured thin films, wide bandgap metal oxides, transparent nano‐electronics, super-capacitors and hydrogen storage, field emission devices for vacuum microelectronics, transparent thin film junctions for UV‐based solar cells,micro/nanofluidics among others.
